Open Flame opened its doors in November 2005 with a singular philosophy: that honest, fire-driven cooking is the purest form of hospitality. Every protein that enters our kitchen is either slow-roasted in our wood-burning rotisserie or hand-cut by us to order.
Our seafood arrives daily — never frozen. Our soups are crafted from scratch each morning. We make every salad dressing and barbecue sauce in-house, because shortcuts have no place at our table.
We are proud to be a cornerstone of the Hales Corners community, and we carry that responsibility into every plate we serve.
